I was looking for a reliable online mobile site to order a phone and ended up on DWIDIGITALCAMERAS.COM.AU. I was reluctant at first to order but anyways i ordered "HTC Desire 728 (Black)", after two days i was told that the requested phone is not available in Black so i requested them to change it to any colour they have so they changed it to "White Gold". A whole week passed and on monday i contacted them again regarding my order and i received an email that HTC Desire 728 is out of Stock. I was kinda pissed and asked them to send me XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 3 PRO and after two days i received my phone. They even added "Premium Express Shipping" for free and the phone was delivered in just 2 days.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro, i would recommend it to anyone looking for a great budget phone ($199 - 16GB). I flashed the Global Stable ROM on it and its working great.

    Well I would really pissed if my order was cancelled twice due to no stock.
    Initial purchase is usually fine.
    The issue starts when you try to claim warranty etc.
    I hope you don't need to.

    just a tip.

    everyone, before you click "buy" or "pay" button, keep the window on your pc, and call them. someone with perfect english will answer.
    ask him to verify they have stock on your item.
    ask again.
    then, hang up, and continue with buying straight away.

    works on my purchases, one is dslr lens worth $500
    and delivered in 3-4 days! amazing

      definitely doing that next time, but i guess they have a huge stock of Xiaomi Phones lol.

    Never had any kind of experience like that with DWI.

    Dogan Dick Smith on the other hand just contacted me about not sending me Jaybird X3's which is something they pretty much do every order from before the days of Dogan.
