I have purchased a projector from Ao3.com.au
They asked for wire transfer (red sign)
I ignored the red sign and transferred the funds.
Then they went offline.
I emailed them on 25/1/17, 27/1/17,30/1/17,31/17,7/2/17, 17/2/17, 21/2/17, 22/2/17
I called them 6/1/17,22/1/17,17/2/17
I am located in ACT, they are in NSW (ABN: 59 103 049 887)
Either no respond, hang up or we will issue it in next pay cycle, I wait for the next cycle and still no refund.
What is the next step to get the funds back.

wire transfer - very little you can do.
except talk to your bank. good luck
