I have neither. Is there a download link please.

Don't you have better things to learn ? Most companies will only need you to know a few 'basic' commands.

Depends greatly on the job. Someone working in a NOC would require more than 'basic' commands.

    • Why would they only require 'basic' commands?

  • Google is also free and generally more accurate in finding the answers you are looking for

    • The problem is that a lot of these tools have such foreign syntax and such great flexibility that it's hard to form the right search query to find the solution online (looking at you awk…). While the information can be found online, having it all condensed in a single place, in the right order for learning a new tool is immensely valuable.

Nice how their validation rejects every telephone number combination I have tried.

<edit> Ok so 61299998888 format works

the guy who wrote the book probably did one on regular expression validation as well .. it took me 37 attempts to get the form to work!

  • It could possibly come in handy if you are planning to travel.
