The price tag at game range said that Wii console + Wii sport for $198. There is no expiry date and no conditions for the deal. I reckon the deal applies for both white and black console.
This is a chance for people who have missed out the previous deal.

Thanks thaikhoa. Rang around a few HN in Sydney - City (MLC centre) sold out. Chatswood, Moore Park, and Bondi Junction all have stock. Walked into Chatswood and had to ask for it - no Wii consoles on display, and no promotion visible. White only - $198. Bargain!
haha yeah i picked one up at harvey norman bundall (gold coast) today
no consoles on display (apart from some shitty bundle for $299 which came with 5 really crappy looking games)
asked one of the red shirts, he said he didn't think so and to ask the games manager. i asked him and he had no trouble giving it to me at the $199 price! white or black! i chose white though
