How Come Amazon.co.jp Is Banned?

Just tried to post a deal but couldn't because the URL kept saying "rep is banned" or something.

Is it meant to be banned?

      Heh, wierd. It wasn;'t an ebook I was trying to post. Also wasn;t trying to post as a rep.

        Talk with a moderator then because it probably is a mistake if it is not allowing any Amazon Japan posts.

    Related moderation comment. Basically only rep-postings are banned on Amazon domains to stop eBook publishers from posting spam. If you are not representing Amazon JP, then there is no problem posting the deal. After putting in the URL you'll get a prompt saying the store reps are banned — you can ignore that.
