Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro Prime

During one of the previous sales i bought the Redmi Note 3 Pro Prime Special Edition and i am using a Telstra Plan from this deal.

It seems when i send an SMS from the phone I am charged 5c per SMS. I am not charged 5c in other phones.

Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it/settings i need to change?

  Go to Settings > System apps > Messaging > Turn off Delivery Status
