Was looking for a huge backpack with laptop compartment and stumbled upon QuikSilver Fetch. At first I was looking at the black color version https://www.quiksilver.com.au/fetch-eqybp03316 which is retailing AUD149.99, after doing some comparison I accidentally discovered the True Black color version which is 50% cheaper. Both of them are identical in specifications except the color, I could not find any information online regarding the black and true back color difference and their website photos are exactly the same. I added to the cart and put in the promo code I found online.

I received my order today and it's really black color. The shipment was quick and I received it in 4 days.

    I have a similar Black Quiksilver backpack (bought via a SurfStitch sale posted here) as my daily driver about 15mths ago. 100% impeccable. If in the market for a pricey bag that wont let you down, get this.

        Great place to put a towel or wet weather gear.

        If it was slightly taller it would be optimal to put your shoe in :-(

        BTW i have been using the back pack for nearly 2 years and its probably one of the best back packs i have ever owned. (at this price i would buy a second one in a heartbeat !!)

        There are just 3 negs
        * The bottom comparment is too skinny to put yur shoes in.
        * The back support is limited
        * There is no hip strap for your waist.

    Quik make good packs. My son in grade 3 is on the same one he got at the start of prep. Daughter has a similar Roxy one which is holding up just as well.

    I have one very similar to this that I've had a few years now. Likely it was the previous model. And it is still going strongly.

    I use it almost every day often carrying as much 20+ cans of soft drink to work in it (I stock up the fridge for the social club). And it has been faultless showing no signs of wear and tear yet. It is not at all uncomfortable when carrying the stock, although a little heavy.

    I also often run home from work with it (minus the soft drink) and it is also very comfortable then. It has straps in the right places to prevent it from bouncing around. i.e. A waist strap and also chest strap. All fully adjustable.

    Plenty of pockets to secure items too.

    I cannot recommend this bag highly enough.
