Telstra, Australia's most expensive ISP that cannot keep the internet working, just sent me a bill for approximately half of what I should be paying for internet. I am under contract and the bills arrive at the same time every month and I have changed nothing.
What should I do? See my first instinct is to hehehe ignore it but then they've probably shifted me to 33Mbit internet with a 10GB cap without telling me, how the f am I supposed to know? So now I have to chase my Australia's most hopeless ISP because they cannot bill me like a company that started yesterday wasting my time` speaking to some moron that has no idea what is going on most likely and will f it up more.
What should I do?
Why are you with Telstra? You've been bagging them for ages now
