Not sure what you mean. If you upvoted first then you can cancel that vote but can't neg after that. In the same way, if you first neg, the only change you can make is to cancel the vote (you can't upvote).

Personally I like these undies, even bought the wife some of the womens ones and she likes them to. Considering I usually buy bonds which are expensive then these are a nice change.
Then again i'm not as tight as a lot of people are on here, some things are worth spending some money on. Quick to jump on products like technology that are cheap and nasty but when its a pair of jocks it must be a rip off….
