I just picked up 2. Cheapest I've ever seen them. Also the Have the TP Link HS100 Switches too $40.00 delivered. But I haven't heard too many good things. For me the Belkin WeMo Switches connect to my google home, so I'm a fan.

The TP-Link switches don't have power monitoring like Wemo Insight ones do.
Bunnings have been selling them at around this price for a couple of months now. Not sure why everywhere else is so much more expensive.
Ah yes indeed they have - https://www.bunnings.com.au/belkin-wemo-insight-switch_p4420…
I think I picked mine up at the same price around Christmas time.
Solid switches though, I have 2 controlling my aquarium lights with home assistant.
If you desperately want to get them straight away, just price match the Bunnings price ($62.90) at Officeworks ($59.75 after Lowest Price Guarantee 5% discount) - https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/belkin-wem….
Successfully matched Bunnings the other week at my local Officeworks without any issue.
And yes, may only be 25 cents extra saving, but some may need this faster than Futu can deliver.
If you make the order through the Officeworks contact centre, you get the price march and free same or next day delivery in most metro areas (before cutoff time), that's if you can't be bothered schlepping down to a store or hunting for stock (https://www.officeworks.com.au/information/policies/delivery…).
Are these easy to setup for a not PC person
AFAIK they are, just download the app on your device and follow the on screen instructions
Do they need some kind of hub to Operate?

In summary, it can't turn on smarter devices where the device doesn't have a hard on/off switch. But it'll turn it off at the required time though.
Other than that, doesn't seem bad.
Have you heard any bad things about the TP-Link switches?
I was considering them as they're at least 33% cheaper for the same functionality. And they work with Alexa.
