How to Get PTV Concession as NZ Citizen

I am a NZ citizen doing an undergrad degree in Melbourne. Is there a way for me to get a concession card at all?

I know you can get an iUSE pass (that allows international students to get 50% off a yearly pass), but is it possible to get a tertiary student concession card like Aus citizens?

  If you're international, no. It's iUSE only. The standard concession is for domestic undergrad tertiary students, or postgraduates with a low income health card, both of which require AU citizenship.

  No, and for good reason too
  You aren't a citizen so our consessions don't apply to you
  Much like us over in NZ

  As much as it sucks you're already been given an iUSE benefit anyway
