Cheapest GTX 1060 or RX 480 local pickup in Sydney

Hello and thanks for the help, the witty comments and the abuse, in advance.

Upgrading my computer.
Just sold old GPU, need fast new one WHICH IS NOT HOT/HEATER.

I am after the cheapest [or best bang for buck]
GTX 1060 or RX 480 (any ram)
local pickup bricks and mortar store in Sydney.

Ready to buy now.
Not going to wait for Vega.

  yep my old HD 7950 was a thermo nuclear reactor, during hot days I had to limit FPS down to 40 to keep the thing cooler, or it would heat up my room too much.
  But the new RX 480s series sounds like it's 'almost' as cool as 1060s.
