Hey everyone.
I have purchased a 256GB iPhone 7 from ebay and when the item arrived it looked good until it turned out to be an icloud locked phone.
I contacted the seller and in the ebay messages seller admitted 3times its icloud locked so they accepted the return.
I sent the phone back with signature on delivery and its been 12days tracking shows its been delivered.
I contacted ebay and asked them why my case is on hold and why you wont refund me and they said as its over $750 we need seller confirmation.
now ebay wont refund me because seller is unresponsive and i have sent them a picture of the parcel i have sent which shows the tracking number and address of the return address ebay requested me to send the item back to there.
now ebay would not refund me. i have sent at least 50emails to them and everytime this is the response i get from them.

Since this is a high value case, we need to you send the item with signature confirmation. Case amount that is above $750 must be sent with signature confirmation. I have sent them everything but seller doesnt reply at all! not even to my messages. What should i do?! its really frustrating and I need the money too urgently.
Ebay doesnt refund me even though phone its been 12days!! this phone has delivered.
Any Ideas guys?
Send them signature confirmation as requested.
Edit: Appears they only want the receipt that shows it was sent with signature confirmation. Easy peasy.
