I know that buying direct from China is a bit hit-and-miss as regards waiting time, but my first GearBest buy (MiBand 2) arrived within a few weeks, and so a month ago I ordered and paid for my second GearBest buy (some Xiaomi BT wireless earphones).
But now a month has elapsed, and when I check the order online it is simply listed as "processing", so basically not even in the mail.
When do I start sending emails?
Well now is a good time to email them! I would certainly be asking when the item is due into stock…….did it say at the time of ordering? I order all the time from them and to date all has been well. At anytime you can cancel and request a refund if item has not been shipped (not saying that's what you want). Best to check ASAP as a month is a long time.
