    Hey mate thanks for helping me out with this! I'm trying to buy 4 blackbeans and it's coming to $15.04 each before discount and then $13.53 each after discount. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    EDIT: Ahh the coupon only applies discount to one unit. So buying more doesn't multiply the discount :(
    I guess I have to buy them separately.

        I have 4 split system aircons at home. One of them has an optional Mitsubishi wifi controller installed which cost me ~$160. I want to add wifi control to my other 3 split systems and also add wifi control to a Homedics air purifier I have that has IR control. I figure spending ~$50 is much cheaper than getting the official Mitsubishi units installed on my other aircons and also much cheaper than buying units from www.sensibo.com

    Does your workplace have heatpumps? Stick the Blackbean or RM Pro in and prank your colleagues by pumping out really hot or really cold air. It's what I did.

    SO basically I could use the Blackbean in my house by:
    installing the app on my phone
    connecting Blackbean to my wifi network
    programming it to turn on my aircodnitiong

    And when it is 40C at home and I am at work I can use the app to turn on the airconditioner at home via the app?

          Look, it really depends on your budget and house configuration. The RM Pro is an excellent high powered device that can retain multiple IR, RF etc devices easily and the app is excellent, but Blackbean is handy unit that will probably get the job done too.

          This current deal is the lowest price possible online.

      I usually go back to my purchases where delivery/quality might be an issue (usually China based suppliers like banggood, gearbest, zapals etc) and put a quick post in when it is delivered. That way other get an idea of how the deal went, delivery time etc. No point in having a great price, lots of positive votes if no one gets their stuff. I suggest going back to the original post as well and if you are unhappy, put a negative vote in and a comment why.

      It seems the dealer has offered you to PM them but if you are not happy with the outcome, please negative vote the original deal, as it helps all of us decide whether to go ahead.

      Any supplier can have issues, it is how they deal with them that makes them a good or bad provider.

      I had a bad time with a gearbest deal that took a long time and the involvement of paypal to get a resolution. Appropriate feedback will get us all better service.

      Hi butasan; unfortunately no.

      In the RM Pro User Manual

      Support 433MHz and 315MHz frequencies, the code must be learn code and fixed code (not support the rolling code).

      No device at this level will support any rolling code remotes, as that's the point of having the rolling code feature, i.e. the signal can't simply be duplicated.

    I love my broadlink rm pro. I use it with tasker and a wall mounted 10"Android tablet. One touch and I can turn on my projector, switch on my audio receiver and select input, roll down my screen and dim my lights (limitless led brand).

    My fish tank has day (white) and night (blue) led lights that operate on a schedule through aldi 240v remote switches.

    I can turn off all the lights in the house with one button and they do so in sequence as I walk to the bedroom.

    When I'm not using the tablet to operate the house it functions as a digital photo frame with sweet animations.

    It's like I'm living in the future man!

    I use one blackbean to control my tv and aircon in the lounge room
    It's so awesome
    On the really hot days I would turn on the aircon while I was driving home
    I also use it to turn off the tv when my kids are watching tv and their tv time is over
