    Is it MFi ?

    No way I'm spending $10 for a non-MFi cable…

  • +10

    Wow you're back…!

So everyone should read the other post, in particular this comment.

Store rep has a track record of scam sites.

He's just drop shipping from Hong Kong at ridiculous mark-ups, and that's even if you get the product!

    Avoid at all costs

    • Wow you're back…!

      Dan is back !!!

    • -3

This item isn't drop shipped, this item is shipped straight from Parramatta as stated on our product page. We've already sold approx. 800 orders for this product and you can visit our eBay store to see the positive feedback flowing through. Please ensure you get your information correct before posting in the future, for any further clarification - please send me a private message for me to clarify. We pay $7.95 for shipping + $1.50 for the cable, leaving 55c for transaction processing fees, this is why shipping stays at $7.95 but you can add as many as you want however I think there's only 34 left at this stage before it's sold out.

      • Ooh wow another company!

        What's your eBay store link?

      • We've already sold approx. 800 orders for this product

Yet nobody has bothered to post a review

        • @Spackbace: Yes, as we are moving from the clearance of mobile accessories and computer equipment to watches, the name change just made more sense!

      Thanks for the heads-up.

$7.50 shipping for a cable! that is a jib.

    • -4

Please stop commenting on these posts as your products are no where as comparable as what we offer. The items we are selling are not drop-shipped and are sent on a speedy delivery service. The cost of shipping a parcel from Parramatta to Anywhere Nationally is $7.95 using Sendle which is the cheapest option. I understand some senders send cables using Australia Post Letter System however not only is this unethical, this also essentially stealing from Australia Post. The maximum thickness of a letter can be 20mm (2cm). A cable can not be less than 2cm when still in it's original packaging as received in bulk.

      • +4

unethical?! like using photos from a US$5.21 watch from aliexpress and photo shopping your own name on them?

      • Please stop commenting on these posts as your products are no where as comparable as what we offer.

        are yours MFi ?

Our supplier have mentioned they work with iOS 10 - any further information, please send a private message through so we can arrange a meeting for you at our office at Sydney or Gordon, alternatively arrange a conference call with you and our supplier.

this also essentially stealing from Australia Post.

        LOL

Funniest comment of 2017 thus far…

        • This is the reality and a large number of retailers using Australia Post letter system to send parcels will be receiving underpaid mail notices. This has started since the end of 2016. We will be working with Australia Post to identify these retailers and/or sellers and reporting them.

        • @chajjuau:

We will be working with Australia Post to identify these retailers

I'm sure Ahmed Fahour is a good friend of yours too… lol

Are you a professional comedian or just part time ?

  • +1

Lol, 1 year warranty with yet another $7.50 shipping fee when the cable mysteriously goes faulty in a few weeks.

    • We don't charge a shipping fee both ways if a product is faulty. Free return postage, and we send a new one back in a few days via speedy post (Sendle). Out of the 800 or so cables we've processed since launching our eBay store in the past few years, only 5 have come back to us as faulty. This was immediately replaced with no cost lost to the customer.

If an item breaks within 1 year, we arrange a courier to pick the item up or send you a pre-paid label to stick onto the item and pop it in the post box. Once we receive, we send you a new one free of charge

      • hi,

what is your ebay seller store name?

        • Dan

        • chajjuau

        • @chajjuau: hi, I've done a search by sellers and I must be doing something wrong as your store name doesn't appear. could you provide a link for your ebay store please?

        • @chajjuau: hi, thanks for the link. I see that you have only had 45 feedbacks for iphone cable and you are not selling anything currently nor have you in the last 3 months.

also, according to feedback, it has been a year since you sold lightning cables , which were, at most, $1.90 - can't see what shipping actually was.

as to seller feedback (n=175) only 31 feedbacks for lightning cables.

why won't you use photos of the actual lightning cable instead of stealing them from aliexpress? like here and here

  • +9

    Late night entertainment right here.

    • At the end of the day, you have very limited options. You can either go via AliExpress/Alibaba and wait 30 - 60 days for a cable, purchase through us and get it in a few days with 1 year warranty, or order through Apple and get in a few days. There are other sellers out there however some don't have warranty, others don't provide free return shipping, and others don't work with iOS 10. Ours works with iOS 10.

      • +3

        Ours works with iOS 10.

        is it MFi ?

    • Read the other post, Inzamam has quite the business track record!

  • +3

lol, 3x for post than product. I'll take my chances on eBay

Above is a cable selling for $9 including 30 day warranty.

Ours is $10 including delivery including 1 year warranty (if you want 2, it's only $12.50), add $2.50 for every additional cable.

      • I'd go for the 24cent microUSB—> lightning adapter. it's what I use for my iphone 5 and my daughters 5C. hasn't skipped a beat in 12 months.

  • +2

Expensive and from a questionable seller/business.

Was $29? Have you actually sold this item for that price?
The same RRP from Apple and I highly doubt these are genuine

    • $29 is the standard price at Apple Store's. This is an option that our eCommerce system uses to find similar products online and see how much they are selling for.

      • +1

$29 is the standard price at Apple Store's.

So you are saying this is a Genuine Apple cable ?

        • Please show me where it says it is Apple branded? It is comparing other lightning cables on the market. There is also another brand being sold for $29.95 - https://rushfaster.com.au/product/bluelounge/20cm-usb-to-app…

Again, I will repeat, please private message to get your facts correct.

        • @chajjuau:

Please show me where it says it is Apple branded?

Your comment above implies it is genuine.

$29 is the standard price at Apple Store's.

You are basically trying to tell us this is the same product as you are selling is sold in Apple stores.

please private message to get your facts correct.

Why don't you post the facts here for everyone to read?

What are you trying to hide ?

What have I posted that is incorrect ?

        • +2

          @chajjuau:

So the $29 crossed out price on your site has no relevance to your product.
There is no way you can compare a generic white non mfi certified cable with the price of a genuine apple product .
you site and your comments are largely misleading and deceptive. The site implies the item was at one stage $29.

        • @swimmingtoad:

So the $29 crossed out price on your site has no relevance to your product.

It appears that way, but don't expect a straight answer from the seller.

        • @swimmingtoad:

you site and your comments are largely misleading and deceptive.

Would not trust to buy from such a person…

    • -2

I have requested you private message me multiple times now which you have not done. The supplier was on the line to speak to you about MFi. Yes these cables are MFi certified. If you would like more information, please private message me with your phone number.

      • +5

I have requested you private message me multiple times now which you have not done.

What are you trying to hide?

It's either MFi or it's not. It's not a commercial secret you are being asked to disclose.

It appears to me that you are trying to hide important consumer information about your product.

        • -1

Lightning cables only work if they are MFi certified. Any cables which are not MFi certified do not work with iOS 8 and above. It is an assumption that you would sell a cable that actually works!

        • It does appear as though you are trying to take bargains away from customers who have been using the eBay channel for quite some time!

        • +4

          @chajjuau:

No, I want some factual information about the product you are trying to sell here.

For some reason you appear to be trying to hide information from us.

You still haven't answered the question for some reason. Have you lawyers told you not to put it in writing ???

        • @jv: Please let me know what information we are trying to hide from you? We have exactly the same amount of information as per other branded lightning cables such as Apple, Kogan and Bluelounge. Groupon and LivingSocial have also advised we have enough information to place our ads in Groupon for these lightning cables and this will be on their platforms shortly as well.

As much as you think you may be right, you're just one of the hard customers that we don't have resources to cater for so I suggest going to Apple and paying a premium to purchase it from there. We are providing bargains to simple customers for products that work. If they don't work, we provide a full 1 year warranty with free pickup and delivery service on warranty claims.

        • @chajjuau:

Please let me know what information we are trying to hide from you?

Whether this is genuine *as you implied above", and if not, whether this is officially MFi

(Pretty sure I've asked 5-6 times, not sure how you don't know what I'm asking)

        • -2

@jv: We have answered the questions above in previous posts, please refer to those posts and refrain from repeating yourself. You are quite full of incorrect information and suggest you get some facts on here: https://www.howtogeek.com/240407/why-your-iphone-or-ipad-is-…

I don't recall asking you in previous posts or even seeing your previous posts.

          I'm asking about this post.

        • @jv: It is a genuine offer. It is not an Apple branded product and it is an OEM product.

        • @chajjuau:

          It is a genuine offer.

Is it a genuine MFi certified cable ???

Until they find out how truly dodgy you are…

        • @jv: Please purchase your product from Apple. We are almost out of stock anyway! 3 cables left in stock!

        • @chajjuau:

So just to confirm the cable is certified by Apple and has the mfi logo on packaging?

        • @chajjuau:

Please purchase your product from Apple.

Based on your attitude here on OzBargain, I doubt very much I would ever buy anything from you ever.

Imagine having to deal with you in a dispute, or if the item was faulty or not delivered.

        • +1

        • -2

@jv: We're quite good with our customers however when customers become hard and actually have a sale in our system or a customer account, we will go above and beyond however if they rather stay at home and be a keyboard warrior as that's what makes them feel useful, there's not much we can do. All we can suggest is for you to channel that energy on fixing world hunger, open your own online business so you can provide employment opportunities or some other worthwhile cause. Regardless of your persistent comments, we are still getting an influx of orders through our multiple Shopify stores, eBay channels and Gumtree. It is taking 3 different members of the business to keep up with your comments and suggest you put your time into something useful :)

        • @chajjuau:

We're quite good with our customers

I doubt it very much with the attitude you have shown here…

Hardly going to take your word for it… Your actions show more…

        • +3

          @chajjuau:

          Ebay - no products listed
Gumtree - not like ordering online, I doubt you have a queue out your house door

I'll give it to you, it seems you have a degree in bullshit. You certainly lay it on thick. But we're smarter than you, so I'd really suggest you stop trying to use this site as an advertising medium, it just makes you look bad.

        • @Finarfin: We have some new cables coming shortly, flat noodle cables which will be advertised on Groupon. They range in different colours. These will be advertised through OzBargain, Groupon and LivingSocial. Groupon and LivingSocial have released their discount codes today, we are now just waiting for stock..

        • @chajjuau: This will be our last batch of mobile phone accessories!

        • @chajjuau:

Wait, that's not what you said.

we have enough information to place our ads in Groupon for these lightning cables and this will be on their platforms shortly as well.

Now you're saying you are planning to advertise different cable. What's the true story here?

        • @Finarfin: By these lightning cables, I meant as in the "MFi certification" you are referring to. The cable type is different.

        • @chajjuau:

You do realise that, referring back to what you said based on this new information, your statement makes no sense whatsoever.

        • @Finarfin: thank you, we will consider your feedback for future product releases! we look forwarding to providing you with another great bargain tomorrow!

@chajjuau: " We are providing bargains to simple customers"

Can we have a motto competition? Pretty please?

You may have noticed that while this forum is not set up for "simple" customers, it does a remarkably good job of protecting them. We all have our areas of little or no experience, and rely on trusted community members with particular expertise, standing and reliability to help us with our assessments.

It may be an unfortunate coincidence, but you appear to be picking arguments with some of those members in response to 'simple' straight-forward questions, and attempting to assert some bizarre 'authority' to both set the parameters and direction of any debate regarding your product or claim that you clearly have neither the standing nor ability to enforce.
