Query on Dick Smith's Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge for $799

Dick Smith just selling S7 for $669 and S7 Edge for $799 probably as S8 coming soon.

Just wanted to know if this version has Australian warranty and eligible for the Gear Fit 2 Offer currently on till 27th March
