These typically sell for roughly double the price in Australia.
DWI only dropped the price to $158 on these earlier this month, and were selling them for around $200 before. The C10AU coupon works on these, giving 10% off, and Cashrewards 1.3%, giving a final price of $140.
Was in the market for a replacement of my old Motorola, which is starting to have cable issues after 4.5 years of intensive use.
This model receives good reviews and works well. It has improved video/audio/battery life compared to the MBP36. They work on 2.4GHz and can interfere with WiFi, but reception on my old unit is great.
This is an international version, and will have an international plug.
But the screen part apparently has a micro-USB charge port, so you could use any micro-USB charger.
This is a high-end unit supporting:
- pan
- tilt
- zoom
- temperature
- infrared night vision
- 2-way communication
- data encryption
This unit is not compatible with camera's from the prior MBP36 (not 's') version.
Could you get a couple of Xiaomi's home automation bits, namely the gateway and the camera for about 75 bucks and do exactly the same thing but in FHD? Not saying this doesn't have its place but would be cheaper and better for most people
