Convex Wall Shelving System - Possibly DIY Kit

Hi all,
I've seen this wall shelving system on TV and have found a picture of it, but where can I buy it ? Any ideas ?

I only know it as convex shelving - similar to floating shelving which fixes directly to the wall.
