Blitzwolf BW-F2 Speaker - No Sound, Volume Buttons Don't Work

Wondering if anyone else has problems with this speaker and a potential fix? Normally there's a beep sound that alerts you when the speaker turns on. Right now mine doesn't do that and it doesn't do it either when I turn it off. No sound is playing either when connected to bluetooth. Volume buttons don't work either, but the play button does.
