Side by Side or French Doors Refrigerator

My 640L side by side (from early 2000s) has developed an earth fault which is hard to troubleshoot even our local sparkie (after charging $125 for the callout) couldn't find a cure for. So I am in the market for a side by side or a french door. We have a constriaint that out kitchen fridge space/cavity is 820mm :_( Side by side fridges these days are way wider than they used to be in the early 2000s, so it appears that we'd have to downgrade.

I am currently leaning towards EHE5267SA-D or the RF522ADUSX5, but then I think of a 20% ebay sale on GG which keeps me from taking the plunge.

I am in Darwin so we don't have a lot of cheap retailers, unfortunately!
