Anything I Can Do About Semi Trailers Driving on <5 Tonne Limit Roads?

The road in question gets used a lot by the same company even though their business isn't on that road.
The road need to be repaired and pot holes filled in often as it's not built to take the heavy trucks.

Can I contact the RMS about this or the local council?
Anyone know the actual rules about this signage on roads?

Any info would be much appreciated :)

  Contact RMS (or your council if it's a council road)

  If you can be bothered, get some regos / times / dates and talk to your local police

  Is there a load limit signposted on the road? I have never seen this unless its a bridge.

    Load limits are not put on roads however routes/roads are designated by there rav status
