    How many amps will this negotiate with an iPhone or iPad? My understanding is the charger needs to be licenced to negotiate more than 500ma

    Has anybody actually tested this? I purchased one and have found (using ampere app) that it is charging really poorly.
    e.g my Samsung USB car charger shows it is charging at 500ma but this doesn't go above 110ma from either port (using same USB cable).

    Will be trying to get a refund.
