I have waited 3 months for a refund and have posted numerous requests for an update via SS's website ticketing system.
Not a single response for over 2 months.
Previously they would at least acknowledge the query and reply a couple of days afterwards.
My guess is that SS is having cash flow issues and what usually follows is receivership.
In any case, a general community warning regarding dealing with SS, lack of customer support and potential warrantee issues down the line.
Anyone with an update?
Did you pay by Credit/Debit Card? You could contact your bankĀ and do a chargeback. (Assuming that you purchasedĀ it within the chargeback timeframe which I think is 120 days)
