Linking AirAsia Bookings Not Linked to My Account

I went thru my AirAsia account, and I found about 24 trips not linked to my account. I always sign into my account. Sometimes before searching, but sometimes during the booking process. I will have to make sure that I am logged in before searching as I think that logging in during booking process does not link bookings to your account. Although AirAsia FF points are not great, I thought that I should have a hell of a lot more FREQUENT FLYER points too. Shite system!
If you want to check and link yours, go to MANAGE MY BOOKINGS and scroll to the end of the page, and click on 'view other bookings'. You can then link any that are there to your account. I don't know if this has any effect on FREQUENT FLYER points.

    Air Asia FF is awful, you hardly get any points on flights from Australia and it costs a fortune to redeem a free flight from Aus-Asia.

      Yep, I have only ever had enough for Thailand domestic or DMK->KUL or KUL->DMK. And even then I still have to pay about the same $'s as when they have sales and I book 12 or 13 months in advance. But every little bit helps if I need bookings with a short lead time.

    Yeah last year it was really buggy as well. I've given up. Agoda charged more anyway when I wanted to claim BIG points…money in my pocket now normally wins (unless I travelled exclusively with AirAsia year round and they gave amazing points).
