Property Data by Suburb in Magazine - Positive Gearing

Hey team,

In one of the Australian property investing magazines there is data in the back on every suburb on both rent and sale, which is good to quickly spot where you may be able to positive gear.

Does anyone know the name of the magazine to save me hunting around?

Also is the same data available online somewhere? All I can find are scammy links that don't lead anywhere and want contact information to sell you something.
