Just wondering about mobileciti delivery times, ordered something on the Australia Day sales on the 26th and still haven't received my phone yet. Has anyone got theirs yet?
Not sure why they use fastway as their courier service, one of the worst couriers that overwork their franchises.
Has there been issues about not receiving products?
They boast. 1-2 day delivery time for NSW, already 4 business days, 6 business days if including the weekend.
Any replies would be appreciated.
Perhaps op works 7 days a week.

They are pretty quick to respond. Some guy posted the same thing this morning and it has been removed now so probably sorted.

Thanks, I sent a message and hopefully can get an update. Looks like i'm not the only one stuck in this situation, maybe fastway has problems or something.
Looks like they just replied on the email, they're looking into it already with a reply time of 24-48hrs.
6 business days if including the weekend….. hehehe
