Strange Outlook Call - Anyone Can Tell Me What Is This about (Chinese I Believe)

I was writing a new message that included a line like this:
s:\my path\
and selected it, right clicked, hyperlink…

After the pause Outlooked performed as expected.

I am quite worried…
Any idea what it means?

A mixture of Korean and Chinese. Probably something to do with the ASCII code page you had active at the time.

It contains references to a client but is like this:

  Sounds like a bug, but I just tried it and the Insert Hyperlink box loads normally.
  
  Then again, I don't have any add-ons and rarely use Outlook.
  
  More than likely an add-on, or you can try to repair the install, but I doubt it's anything malicious.

Dunno about newer Windows versions, but it's healthy to turn on IP logging for a while to see which connections your idle computer is making and to where.
