If it's the same price in store, it may be a bargain for someone who wants that item as they save on petrol.
I'm not saying it is the same price in store (see Tomsco below); I'm just pointing out the answer to your question, which you should already know, yourself.
The less obvious answer is for people who have difficulty making it to the store, free shipping may make slightly higher prices okay (again, I don't know how much higher the prices are).
Especially with a $150 minimum spend. For the stuff they sell, i'm sure they have huge mark-ups, and the weight for postage would not be too high. They could easily absorb the cost of postage at a much lower price.
