Between 25/11/2016 and 20-12-2016 I placed 6 seperate orders on Banggood, and to date 5 out of 6 orders still didn't arrive.
Anyone else having a similar experience?
On a side note, I placed an order on 7/01/2017 using the same default shipping method and that one already arrived!

Checked the order status at Banggood? Often it'll say delayed or on backorder.
Mine all show as shipped, not too long after ordering but all show a different status message, some supposedly handed over to auspost in late December, some still supposedly in transit in China. I'll reach out on Monday cob to give them 1 more business day the opportunity to deliver.
They might not respond due to the Chinese New Year holiday. BG return to normal from the 1st of February.
4 orders from Banggood between 14-27 December. All reported shipped. None arrived :(

I don't think they are scam liars.Just inform them .You can't just blame them.
What i know is during December in Australia post sorting & delivery area always have some shifty staffs.
(If you know someone who works there , you can ask them ).What's the problem? Notified them about 4 missing deliveries, full refund on everything the following day. No effort required other than typing a message.
One of my order last December from Banggood didn't arrive .
I contact Banggood in late January & they resent my order and I received it 2 weeks later.( I am sure it was lost in Australia post sorting and delivery area. )

I asked them to refund via email and through live chat. It was like talking to a brick wall. Someone emailed me and told me the quadcopter was back in stock do i want it? I said ok, waited a few days.. nothing had been done.. i asked a few another live chat, they assured me they processed my refund.. (i have all screenshots to prove this. Just lie after lie. I opened a paypal claim and begged them for my money. They say they wont refund me until i close the paypal claim.. I cannot trust these liars.
Weeks later they still have my $260aud and i have received useless parts for the quad.
Completely lied too and ripped off."

Ordered 2 in stock Blitzwolf products on the 31st Jan. Delivered 15th Feb to Sydney. I am not sure if the products are shipped by Banggood or Blitzwolf though. I would be happy to order from them again.

I didn't end up receiving any of these orders from December. At least their support team has been supportive and reshipped/refunded each of the items as I requested
How long does support take to respond. I used the one in built in the ordering system, it's been more then a week and they haven't replied yet.
Pretty much next day. Just log in to your account, view your orders, select the order in question, and use the repair & refunding & resending button.
Yeah that's what i did. It still says processing haven't received a response yet.
I emailed their general support email address and listed all order numbers that didn't arrive and received a response in less than 24h.
I'm having issues with a mobile phone that was shipped (apparently) more than a month ago. I can't tell whether their tracking site is fake or not, it doesn't make very much sense, and unlike places like Zapals who give you a DHL tracking number, it's just a generic site.
I've left a complaint asking where it is and to prove that it was sent. If I don't get a resolution, then seeing as so many people are having exactly the same issue, it might be time to request a ban from OzBargain until they get it sorted, like GearBest did.
I complained about the 4 orders that I didn't receive, and they promptly resent 3 (2 arrived, still waiting for 1) and refund one (as they don't have stock anymore). At least the customer service is fine. However I suspect the courier they used just have tendency of getting stuck in AusPost. Again they need to get it sorted out.
I complained and the response I got was form letter stuff. However I got my delivery this morning, better late than never!
received my order yesterday and only 50% of it was there. I HATE how they are the only ones who stock the drone parts i need. They are so useless.
Does anyone know if this is the standard shipping route?

This is exactly the routing I was given through their dodgy tracking site. It made no sense and it doesn't update further than "departed transit country". I did eventually get my order though, took approximately one month from ship date to arriving.

My orders generally take between 2-4 weeks though they are sometimes a bit earlier or quite later. I placed an order for multiple items on 5 December, and they were sent out in 4 separate shipments the next day. Coming on 2 months later and no sign of any of them. I lose the odd package for every couple of dozen orders, but never like this. Normally I would have notified them of a lost package by now, but since all of them are missing, I would assume there is a problem with delivery. I took into consideration Christmas and Chinese New Year holidays so I was prepared to wait a while longer, but I will chase it up in the next couple of weeks. I will be asked to check at the Post Office, wait a few more days etc… which I always do before they issue a full refund.
