Hey guys so to fix up my diet (looking to bulk not lose weight) and have seen alot of companies selling meals which they deliver weekly. I know i could do it myself at the start of every week but im lazy.
Googling and ive found a heap and wondering if anyones had any experience on a few before i choose. At the end of the week does the stuff go horrible to eat? Just looking for stuff which would be some protein/veg/carbs nothing fancy. Could you also list the price approx per meal you pay as that'd make it alot easier.
Cheers
I've tried 2 (few years ago now - did it to help me eat regular, balanced meals).
Avoid Dietlicious - they send you frozen stuff which is horrible. Tiny portions of low quality / crap taste. On par with generic frozen ready meals from the supermarket. Bleh.
I loved Easy Eating. Food is delivered twice per week, fresh not frozen, and the quality was fantastic. The meat they sent was perfectly cooked every time. Fell in love with their roo steaks. Meals were simple, healthy, and tasty.
