I was gonna say, last time they tried to deliver burgers they failed miserably and it took hours for people to get their orders.. this will be no different.. and you're dealing with a highly perishable item..
I got 2 tubs of icecream delivered as part of the UberEats one by a guy with a cold backpack and that worked fine.
I predict this will be a disaster like Deliveroo's last offer.

Yep it appeared to me after website crashed and reloaded but as soon as i clicked on it it got sold out. this is for Sydney CBD location, might work for other locations

At no point after 3pm did the app/website work for me (timeouts), then all the link in the email does is take me to the generic deliveroo site, and no special store appeared.

My address is 15min from the fitzroy store and doesn't even do delivery… wtf! their gelato is pretty overrated I think, bought my birthday cake there and it wasn't anything special.
Thank you! Finally someone who agrees they are overrated! I remember driving to the Fitzroy store when they first opened in Melbourne (40 min drive from my house). So disappointed! Nothing like real Italian gelato. I've had it a few times since and it's been so meh. Have some friends that rave about it though….don't know what I'm missing.

Yep. It should pop up where you usually see a list of stores. Keep refreshing and searching is how i got it… paid the $1 and now waiting. Hope ya get it.
Also Im at the South Yarra one, but I'd imagine they all working the same way. They closed the South Yarra store when the other one opened. Makes sense.
I think they edit based on delivery area. I'm just down the road, and can usually order Messina, but it's gone and there is no 'Messina Voicemail Store'. waste of time :(

I don't know why they do these 'promotions', must alienate many more people than they please. The Darlinghurst store normally delivers to me, I received the email, but I've been excluded from the event… won't be ordering from Deliveroo for a while :(
"4pm" was in fact 3.58pm
So my order was accepted and then Deliveroo website said it arrived yet it never did nor did I get a call from the delivery person. When I called they refunded me and gave me a whopping $10 to try Messina another time which is great except for the fact that the cheapest Messina item on Delvieroo is $25 so that's kind of useless now isn't it. Not the first time Deliveroo has failed, but definitely the last.

You probably don't have to use that $10 on messina though, iirc correctly min order is $17 so find somewhere else to use that credit
