I am looking for a stunt scooter for my 6 year old son.
Does anyone have any experience with the "Pro Park X Scooter" from KMart.
I am looking at the $70 price point and can only find the 2 other options listed below.
I need something at my door before February 11th so your help is truly appreciated!
The $70 scooter from ebay/kmart has almost $0 resale value.
Look at a Micro or Razor, your total cost of ownership will be around $70, if you sell a brand new one in a few years. It will cost even less if you buy a used one and resell that in a few years.
Looks fine to me for a 6 year old. How hard can he be on it? Won't be very heavy. I'd buy cheap in case he doesn't learn quickly enough about looking after it, or decides that scooters aren't any good. I don't think the second hand market for scooters, except the really pricey ones would be strong enough to guarantee a return on a scooter costing twice as much.
Ended up going for a micro bullet from gumtree for $70. Looks in good nick.
I don't know too much abouch scooters sorry. But don't forget to check gum tree.
I suspect scooters would be fairly common on there. You might find a good deal.
