Bulk lamb packs at Costco Moorabbin today were $15 off. Works out at less than $7 a kg. Lady at the exit door said the butcher had over-ordered. If you have the freezer space it is a great deal. Quality is first class.

Around 10kg from memory. Pretty good deal IMO. A whole young lamb is usually 16kg.
Are we talking like lamb shanks or a huge side of lamb or lamb mince?
If it's the same as the ones they sell at docklands it's a side. You get 2 joints, shoulder, 2 lamb shanks, all of the different chops. The weights vary.
Similar packs are sold at the Ringwood store too.
Ewe better get in for your chop.
Where can I get a membership without paying??? I'm traveling from the far northern suburbs and by the time you factor in fuel, membership fees and Citylink toll's, its just not worth it.
How many (gram or kilograms) are in a bulk pack?
