Anyone know if you book a taxi and can you still use the existing credit towards the taxi fares? I got 50 bux in gocatch credit and the ride share is kinda rare at my area so I am just wondering if the credit can also apply on taxi fares. Uber taxi doesn't accept the uber credit from my understanding. Anyone can share the experience?
I assumed it could be used for either since no information was given otherwise. Haven't tested the app though - probably should before it expires but I'm a fan of buses.
I know what you mean about a lack of Gocatch rideshare drivers. There were none available in Melbourne's Avalon airport or nearby Lara Station so I just used up my Uber credit instead. There were apparently Gocatch taxis (though I couldn't see any icons on the map).
