Service is terrible… Literally 90% the waiters don't know English? They didn't even know what I was saying when I asked for a latte… And it took half an hour for them to bring a cake out (didn't have a cake fee surprisingly which was a positive).
Was this in NSW? The Melbourne one is pretty good.

Yeah it was. Sorry I wasn't aware of other locations, just speaking from experience at the Darling Harbour one in Sydney. Nice to hear that their other restaurants are better :)
You have to use the whole voucher credit in one go. Can't be used over multiple visits.
I agree, buyer beware, didn't know that as it doesn't say it anywhere.
Went last week to Darling Harbour and had $15 left, didn't know you couldn't have the rest in there :(
Also, Service there is horrible, they couldn't understand enough English which meant wrong orders, the Pork Ribs looked a million dollars, too bad they tasted bad, they have gone down hill.
Guess back to Hurricanes or some other Rib joint.It's not a specific Costco-only gift card, so it can be used as any other gift card.
I have used a few several times at several locations (Manly, Darling Harbour and Woolloomooloo) with no problems.
Btw, this offer has been around for ages and it's really hard to miss if your a Costco member, so not sure why needs to be listed here…
Just have to warn that Criniti's is losing it's touch recently - last time I went, the food was still good, but the service was pretty bad. (Never brought out some of the order, acted annoyed whenever we brought it up, after several times, still never brought it out).
