Cheap petrol just local to me. Asked the person at the counter and they buy fuel from NSW. Might be a cheaper sort of petrol so not worth it if you are fussy as to what goes in your car.

While it's a good price I work nearby and my boss has specifically warned me against getting petrol there, apparently it made his car run really badly until he was able to refuel somewhere else.
1c less, try the next door (108 McKinnon Road). i bought from there @ 102c .

Metro in Carlton (Nicholson and Alexandra Parade) consistently has the cheapest prices around there too. The United further up north has the occasional cheaper price, but in general Metro will be much cheaper than anything else. For example, all the Shell and Caltexes were 1.44 last week, but it was still 117.9 for unleaded at Metro!
Spare a thought for Fitzroy Crossing paying 168.9!
