I've got both this and the 10,000mAh one. I use this when I'll be walking around as it's slimmer and lighter than the 10,000mAh one. Fits in my pocket next to my phone easily.

depends what you're doing. something intensive like gaming, it will slow the drain quite a bit but battery will still go down.
if you're just web browsing with screen on low brightness it should charge faster than you're draining.you really need a power bank with quick charge to ensure it's charging while you're using.

It'll supply the same amount of power as a wall charger, so if your iPhone doesn't drain itself when plugged in to a wall charger, it won't with this either.
