well, I am looking for something better, maybe close to 700 ish. hope there will be some new deals coming on Australia Day
I was hoping for $700, I've seen them at around that price when eBay have their 20% off vouchers for the Good Guys and places like that, but I got inpatient… It's very nice to use :-)
why not the v6 absolute? is it because of the extra 20min usage time?

do you have flybuys? you can convert some points over to a jbhifi gift card, then use it to purchase a dyson at jbhifi (of course if there's a cheaper one, they will price match it first).. i think it's 10,000 pts = $50.. that way it doesn't feel like you are paying as much? :P

I bought the V6 from TGG online c&c (eBay 20% off) as no V8 were listed. When in store I upgraded to V8 no problem, but no 20% saving off the balance.

I picked one up from Costco in Docklands the other night for $799.99. Not a GREAT price, but $50 below retail (assuming you're already a member)
