  Depending on what features you need, it might be accomplished by Hubspot Sales which has a free plan - https://www.hubspot.com/products/sales

  I use Hubspot and have no plans on changing, but $39/lifetime does seem cheap compared to the monthly costs of something like Hubspot Sales Pro… but it's hard to compare the two.

    Googles policy I believe is to allow you 500 emails per day.
