    Hi rep. Roast date? I've got a couple of other bags to work through first, just need to know when these were roasted so I can slot them in.
    What age would you say these are at their best?

      We just sold out of our previous stock, so we did a new batch of beans roasted about 16th Jan. I'd say if you can consume our beans within 3 months of roasting then you should get the best results. That being said I have had older beans which still tasted great and I couldn't tell the difference. Hope this helps.

      For cold brew, I'd recommend our "Motown" blend. It's a sweeter coffee with caramel and chocolate notes. The 100% arabica beans make it ideal for these types of methods. Definitely a good idea for this hot summer!

    Enjoyed the Manna beans - then my EM6910 died (steam pump). A friend in the UK did a vigil for me, and 1 hour later a "new, never used" EM6910 appeared on gummie. Phew. Looking forward to a stronger blend, just about to order.
