                  @2true2btrue: Don't need rep to say anything - if two businesses have the same ABN then it's the same business (ABN 66 128 917 680). In the current context, difference between business and company is just semantics.

Designer asked for a deal which is nothing to do with this deal, and was declined, then you neg vote this deal, that can be construed as a sort of blackmail. I am sure that's not your intention, but a negative vote is not appropriate. And thats also designers fight. Would you please look at the vote in light of this.

                          @[Deactivated]: ozpete, the reason I gave a negative is the rep's dishonest response and the attempt to fool us by pretending they have noting to do with Pricesengine, don't you think this is wrong, deceitful?! I am not advocating Designer, I just don't like it when sellers underestimate people's intelligence, it is insulting…. at least in my book. Thanks!

  • Same generic response, "will be shipped today or tomorrow". when I see on Ozbargain that others are receiving their drives and they ordered after I did I called again….the response "they must be lucky"…. wtf sort of response is that?

    Also be aware that the "customer service" (very loose wording) openly admitted that their SOH is incorrect and even though you place an order and it says they have stock, if it is on promotion and a good price there is a good chance they are sold out and need to order more stock.

    • Looks you are very angry. Can you give me an idea how long you have been waiting for your order. Normally we will have stock otherwise we won't do the promotion.

      • lol I'm not angry, I found the reason that I'm not lucky quite funny.

        Placed my order on Sunday, usually a one week turn I'm cool with. I only called up to query my order because I know other people that ordered after me and have already received their drives. My order is still sitting as "payment received".

    I registered. I logged in. I tried to go to the "Hard Disk" category, BANG! It logs me out. As guest I go to the "Hard Disk" category, add the hard disk to my cart, go to check out, BANG! It logs me out. I log back in. The cart is empty.. Repeat…

    WTF!?

    • is port 443(https port) being blocked on your pc? or perhaps from your router? Because from the pattern of your navigation it seems like you're having problems with the https port.

      • If it is then this is the only web site that it's affecting. I stay logged in to 4 or so https websites all day as well as intermittently visiting many others.

        Unfortunately I can't provide an ip address as I'm currently on the bus. But whatever ip address QLD government employees get proxies through is the one was coming from.

        I would have thought user names would have been more valuable. You can work out the ip from those.
        I've provided mine in an email.
