Sure it's less likely in store but given their lack of concern after it happened should they we be giving them any business? I will avoid them as much as possible after what happened and until there are laws in place to penalise companies like this others should avoid them as well.
Actually you'll be paying 2 cents more because its a limit of 2 per customer, so basically $0.50c each per bar of soap.
