Hi everyone, I bought the Breville BES920 from the previous deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/284473
HN staff told me that I can claim the free 3 months coffee beans offer if I purchase the coffee machine!
I subscribed for the offer few weeks ago. But I received an email today said my claim has been declined by Breville! Didn't explain in detail, just stated that this could simply be due to an illegible receipt or could be due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Just wondering if anyone make a successful claim yet?
What should I do? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

Hi,
Looking at:
http://breville.pabloandrustys.com.au/ scroll on down to the
Terms and Conditions…It doesn't mention the BES920
It lists the eligible units as:
Product Name Model #
The Oracle BES980BSS
The Oracle BES980BKS
The Dynamic Duo BEP920BSS
The Dynamic Duo BEP920BKS
The Dynamic Duo BEP920CRNFor Promotion support call: (02) 9912 4490.
Me, I'd pursue Harvey Norman or contact the ACCC, I need coffee to survive. lol
Merged from Breville Dual Boiler BES920BSS False Advertising
tl;dr: Breville said BES920BSS coffee machine was eligible for free beans, then changed website to only show BEP920BSS as eligible
Okay, so, before I start, I know that there are real problems in the world. I know that three months worth of coffee beans isn't worth getting your back up about, but if you have bought the BES920BSS coffee machine from this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/284473) and have tried to get your coffee beans, you would have been caught up in this.
So, 31st of December, me and mrspotatomato go to The Good Guys and get the Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine (BES920). We got the smart grinder pro as well. I also note that the breville promotion website says that we will get 3 months worth of beans for the purchase of a BES920BSS. All is going well. I apply for the beans and forget about it.
Now, I take a screenshot, for my own records. The website looks like this on the 31st of December: http://imgur.com/a/mAEdB
Then, I hear nothing back. Mrspotatomato calls Breville and asks, they tell her to resubmit the application. We do, and it gets declined. When I check the website now, I see that it has changed to BEP920BSS (as at here: http://breville.pabloandrustys.com.au/).
It doesn't seem right to me that we can buy a coffee machine that says it has a promo on it, and then we apply for it, and then they change it.
Has anyone else tried to do this deal and been left scratching their heads? Does this seem a little bit dodgy?
EDIT: If you have nothing better to do, like me, you can even see that in the HTML source for that promotion page that it was at one time for the BES920BSS. This is the bit that is interesting. As you can see, there is a disconnect between the value and the actual text for the machine, indicating that it was changed from one to the latter.

Could you represent me chumlee?
If you have a snapshot of the original screen, you might have a case - if you don't then you probably don't. Always take the screenshot for these sort of things. That way they can't deny things.
I do have a screenshot: http://imgur.com/a/mAEdB
My next contact would be the Breville and say you have received the email and tell them you have a screenshot showing your device is elligible and you would like to know who you should contact to get this resolved.

Take them to small claims.
Nice work having a screenshot!
Tell them you have this and you will contact (your states version of) fair trading if they don't send the beans, as they were an important factor in your purchase decision.
They will fold like an umbrella.
curious to know if this was ever solved.
I wouldn't bother. The beans they give you will probably be stale and it will make it very hard to make a decent shot/maintain consistency on a daily basis.
Get some from Mannabeans or your local roaster.
