I have had one for maybe 12 months, paid $499 from a local store in Adelaide (found it online for $520 delivered, rang the local and they did it for $499 pick up same day. I had to get him to repeat the price and confirm because nothing is cheaper in Adelaide). The virtual station on it is a bit clunky and limited but it gets regular updates, has some neat apps and third party stuff that is quite useful (eg Plex) plus I use some of the new dashboards for IoT and the GMail backup functions. Never batted an eyelid with 4x 4tb WD Greens in RAID5 running 24x7, very solid performer. I can't give you a comparison to the ARM based versions as pretty much everywhere I looked told me to go the Celeron ones.

  • My friend found cheaper ($504), OP would you match it? - http://www.ifto.com.au/epages/shop.sf/?Locale=en_AU&ObjectPa…
