Portable Air Conditioner - Sliding Door Kit - Where to Buy or Any Suggestion for Sydney

Damn that is pretty damn smart..
yeh i found a large portable aircon on side of road with remote.. works great, but no kit.
so i made one with with masters clearance items.
i primed outside face of plank, because it will get some moisture.
i trimmed a bit of the edges off so it slots into my window frame.
i installed a 150mm louvre air vent thing on plank.
i installed a 150mm male end on aircon.
i ran rigid 150mm ducting between.
the ducting would slip off, both ends, so i reinforced with flashing/repair tape.
still, that came off the wood plank, so i reinforced again with pryda nail fixings (didn't have a staple gun and was too hot to consider other nicer options)i also drilled a little hole to run the water tube outside to a potplant.
yeah it was pretty intense but didn't cost much as everything was 90% off or something.
OP: i hope you have a small room, as i've heard portable aircon's generally aren't efficient for over 10sqm?? ?
also, remember you need to take the air in from somewhere.. i believe
Have you looked at the model of the portable A/C that you want to buy? I'm asking because the one I bought from Harvey Norman 8 years ago came with the attachment kit in the box that you can use if you want the exhaust to vent through sliding window/doors.
The one I bought from Kogan also came with one. It was an aluminum plate with arrangement to attach the outlet hose. It can fit to a sliding window, too bad though my window is the other kind that opens outwards from the bottom.
i found this one but it's price

Buy a plank of timber cut to height of door and cut a hole in it for the outlet hose. This is what I did and it works well.
