Router/Access point fubar, replacement sought - suggestions?

Hi Folks,

We've an NBN FW connection - ~23mbps connection - our TP Link router had been playing up a bit lately and finally died last night. Seeking suggestions for a cost effective replacement.

Doesn't need to be some ball tearer AC2000+/nighthawk type model - our previous one was only N300 and that was somewhat reasonable for our limited needs. Can go with either a router or a wireless access point (both will work with the NBN FW service we have).

Suggestions welcomed.

How big is your house? Better router, better WiFi coverage. Or do you use a wired network and WiFi for mobiles and stuff?
