    I don't understand. Are these Piston 3s being renamed as Piston 3 Basic, was there a basic/cheaper version of the Piston 3 released, or are these simply Piston Basics? The website doesn't say anything about Piston 3.

      Piston 2016 would be a more universal name. Xiaomi get confusing quickly with their naming scheme.

          They're not advertised as Piston 3. Officially they are the Xiaomi Piston 3 Basic and unofficially the Piston Basic 2016.

      It's a bad time for China currently as most people go on holiday for Chinese New Year and aren't back until February. Outside of holiday periods free shipping takes 3-4 weeks on average but can take up to 30 business days.

          Yeah. Majority of GeekBuying staff will be on holidays after Thursday and a lot of the postal companies take holidays during the same period.

          There is a pricing issue. The original price is $5.89 for 1. When you apply the discount code which is supposed to give a $1 discount, the original price changed to $6.29.

          Also when I try to purchase 2 pistons, the original price stays at $6.29 and the discount code seems to only give a max discount to which is still $1.

          @BlitzR: $5.29 US is the correct price. Coupons always put products to their original price before applying the discount as they often go on sale. Coupon will only work for 1 item per order.
