Any good grill pan around thats non stick on sale
I went into vb and there cheapest was $40

I'm after any good brand that is easy to wash and no not have to scrap the pan
Have you tried IKEA?
My previous one was tefal and that lasted less then 6 months as the food stuck on it and was a hassle to get off
I've not had a problem with Tefal. If it only lasted 6 months then chances are you didn't take care or it, most likely used too high a heat too often and it ruined the non stick coating. This would happen with any non stick brand of pan you buy.
Yes I have Tefal, Ikea and Circulon. All work well.
or put it in a dishwasher - that wrecks them too.
Seeing that I do always have it on high for steaks maybe that's why it didn't last
But what's the point in the product if it can't handle high heats
Most of the time I'm cooking chicken or steak and we all know steak needs high heat then lowered to med -low

Exactly this. Cast iron griddles are brilliant for steaks. Yes, they're more expensive, but if treated properly, they'll last forever.
If you're stuck on a non-stick pan though, here's one for $25 +whatever their postage is, no idea on the quality though.
