hmm why not just combine your 2 posts about cheap phone and s5? you seems already decided inside your heart for s5 then go for it.
we use and hold mobile phone like 5 hours a day you dont want to follow someone else suggestion but regret it at the end.
You'd be better with a Moto G4 Plus.

They might not be brand new and the box has been resealed (surprisingly easy to do). I would be worry about their tongue twisting definition of brand new condition but not brand new unit???
